Operationally, HTA Group has achieved Nadcap, AS9100 and ISO 9001 Accreditation, and when necessary we operate our furnaces 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to give you a fast turn around for all jobs, large and small.

As a Queensland owned family business operating since 1979 our company has grown from a one man show to a staff of 50 located at four branches – Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Los Angeles. With a wealth of experience in the heat-treating industry, our staff are the best in the business.

Heat Treatment Australia has been operating for over 30 years in the Australian marketplace. Its three plants include high technology equipment and computerized facilities, which are considered to have greater flexibility utilizing advanced process controls. The professional staff hold, the necessary skills and experience to enhance successful business performance.

The Sydney branch, in operation for over 15 years, specifically focuses on four major processes including Bristuff Nitriding, aluminium heat treating, Cryotemp Processing and conveyor treatments. The Sydney facility also maintains a complete ISO 9001 quality system.

The Melbourne branch, opened in 2000, offers Bristuff nitriding, aluminium heat treatment and vacuum hardening.

Our newest branch, HTA Los Angeles, opened in 2016 and is the first step of our international expansion. Achieving Nadcap accreditation within weeks of our furnace installation – HTA Los Angeles has entered the US market with a strong stance.
